By Using Any Of Vertex Hostings Paid Services Or Free Plan Services , You Agree With Our TOS (Terms Of Service). If You Do Not Agree With Anything In This TOS , We Ask That You Dont Use Our Services, If You Do Anything Which Is Against Our TOS , We Will Take Action Against You / Your Service.

Fair Use Policy
Our Fair Use Policy Outlines Whats Allowed And Aceeptable And What Is Not When Using Vertex Hostings Services. By Using Our Services You Agree To Follow The Fair Use Policy.

1. Allowed And Acceptable Use:

- Legal Compliance: Only Use Our Services Following All Lawa , Regulations.

- Resource Use:

Free Plan: Make Sure That Your Resource Usage Doesn't Slow Down / Impact Other Services Or The Security Of Others

Paid Plan: Make Sure That Your Usage Of Vertex Hosting's Services Doesn't Impact Others Services Reliability And Security. Nothing On Vertex's Paid Plan Should Effect Other Services From Normal Operation.

- Respect: Talk And Engage To Staff And Others In And Professional And Respectful Way

2. Non-Allowed And Unacceptable Use:

- High Resource Usage:

Free Plan: Your Servers Usage Should Not Slow Down Others, And Activities Should Avoid Things Which Use Lots Of Bandwidth , Disrupt Other Servers (In And Out Of Vertex Hosting) , Or Anything Which Uses Lots Of Resources.

Paid Plan: Your Service Usage Shouldn't Effect Others Bandwidth Reliability (Shouldn't Use High Amounts Of Bandwidth For A Long Period Of Time) And For KVM Vps The CPU Usage Shouldn't Effect Others.

- Illegal / Prohibited Tools: Avoid Deploying / Hosting Anything Like Crypto Miners, Spam Bots Automated Bots , Nuke Bots , DDos / Dos Tools, And Anything Similar On Vertex Hosting.

3. Security:

- System: Do Not Do Anything On Vertex Hosting Which Can Effect Others Services, And Nothing Which May Compromise Vertex's Integrity, This Includes Unauthorised Access , Distribution Of Malware And Hacking.

- Security Integrity: You Must Report Any Security Vulnerability As Soon As You Can To Vertex Hosting To Keep Vertex's Security Integrity.

4. Monitoring

- Monitoring: Vertex Hosting Holds The Right To Review And Monitor Users Activities To Ensure That The Terms Of Service (TOS) And Fair Use Policy Is Followed.

- User Cooperation: Any User Which Uses Vertex Hosting Must Comply With Any Requests From Vertex Hosting To View Details.

Payments:
- Full Payment Is Needed Before To Activate Your Service.

- We Do Not Offer Any Refunds Under And Circumstances, Compensation Might Be Given If Your Service Experinces Severe Down Time.

Use Of Services And Limitations:
- When Using Our Services , You Should Follow All Uk And Germany Law And Legislation

- Users Should Not Do Any Activities On Our Services Which Can Possibly Effect Others Service Or Cause Disruption To Vertex Hostings Systems And From Vertex Hosting Not Being Able To Continue Normal Operation

- Vertex Has The Right To Suspend Or Terminate Any Account Which May Be Breaking These Rules Outline Here And In This Doccument

Conditions Changes:
- Vertex Hosting Advises Users That We Can Change The Terms At Any Time

- The New Term Changes Are Applied As Soon As You Decide To Continue Using Our Services After You Have Done Any Change To Your Service
